"Belief"- Jane Moses documentary: thoughts?

Questions:

Do you believe the family honestly thought what they were doing was best for her?

Do you believe what they were doing were based off of their actual religion/culture, or did they take too much into their own interpretation?

Did their lack of sleep and sanitation have to do with them going to the extent they did?

Would you ever let a group of grown men hold your female relative in a cold shower while she screams and tells them to stop?

Could you see yourself accidentally going to this extreme due to religion/circumstance like they claim to have done?

Should they have been charged for more/more time?

Should they have been charged for harming the teenage girl as well (she specifically and clearly told them to stop)?

Are they murderers?
