Anyone take these brands of myo inositol and d chiro?

I’m so confused by the dosage!! Help!!!

So you need to take at least 2000mg of the myo before breakfast on an empty stomach. Look on the bottle label and see how many pills is a serving size and how many milligrams are in a serving size. For example, on the brand I use, one pill is 500mg, so I need to take 4 pills in the morning to make 2000mg. Now, myo-inositol was studied against metformin in clinical trials, and the dose used in the studies was 4000mg per day (or 2000mg in the morning and 2000mg at night). So you can try that if you really want to mimic metformin. As far as the d chiro, take 100mg a day, not more. I am a phamacist:)

i take ovasitol. its the myo and dci both together in a 40 to 1 ratio. i just have to mix it in a drink twice daily and im done. it doesnt have a taste.
