Coughing my head off in first trimester

Has anyone else experienced constant cough and awful cold symptoms during your first trimester? This is my second pregnancy. I was sick from week 10-12 during my first pregnancy, up all night coughing, couldn't sleep or take anything. Now I'm 8.4 weeks and barely making it as my cough has me choking throughout the night and day. I take a couple half doses of robitussin a day to get some relief. Anyone else have advice on how to get better asap??? So tired of this!
