Does anyone else get depressed before/after or during their period?

Idk these past few periods of mine I’ve just been really irritable and upset and crying whenever I’m alone... it starts right before my period does and ends right after

Yes! I never used to be so emotional during AF, but after my last pregnancy loss (in May) I've become extremely depressed with every period & it seems to be progressive at times. I'm just overwhelmingly sad, crying alone in the bathroom or after my DH is asleep. My af was early this month, arriving yesterday & I've already spent quite a lot time in tears.. Its almost embarrassing.
