Wtf is going on!!!????

So I had my period already this month (November 1st-7th) and today (November 21st) I thought I was spotting but I had like a full on flow. It was red red and I had cramps, backache everything that goes with aunt flow lol That was earlier today and now I just got home from work and it’s like spotting/almost gone and is a dark dark color. Could it be implantation bleeding or what’s going on? I have PCOS if that helps! Been trying to conceive after a miscarriage in January!
