Anyone's baby teething already? Also my baby eats for shorter periods of time.

Question

My baby used to take a long time to eat but now she eats for like 10 minutes and if I try to offer more she scream cries and pushes away. She has many wet diapers though. More than 6 in 24 hours. 
I also think she is teething because I can see her teeth coming in under her gums. 
She's only 10 weeks old! She's also crying a lot more than usual. 
Anyone else dealing with this?

my 11.5 week baby has started to eat for shorter amounts too. He used to eat for 20-25 minutes per breast each feeding, but within the last week or two he's started eating 8-10 minutes each side per feeding. when he first started this, he would get so mad if i tried to make him longer but now he just gets super smiley and won't let me latch him back on😂

My daughter does that in the evening. During the day she nurses really well. 20min per side, falls asleep, etc. but come like 5/6pm time she pulls off the boob after 5min. Then she seems all content till I try to burp her then she cries. Then she starts smiling and laughing 🤦🏻‍♀️. But if I try to put her back on the boob she screams and freaks out. Then I offer the other side and she’s fine for like 5min. And we repeat the entire process. Sometimes I don’t know if she just gets real tired as the day goes on and doesn’t want to work as hard to get the hind milk out or she just drinks faster or I just have less milk as the day goes on. But then I try to feed her every 2-2.5 hrs to make sure she’s filled up for bedtime. 
As far as teething. I see nothing yet but she’s become SUPER drooly over the last 2 weeks. She’s 10 weeks now. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My LO has been going through the exact same thing. Our pediatrician assured us she isn't teeth, just going through a normal phase of oral exploration.  The eating less still bothers me but she throws a FIT if I try to make her eat more. Sge also has plenty of wet diapers. We will monitor het weight in a week to make sure she's still gaining.

My 13 week old already has a tooth poking through. She started drooling a lot and putting hands and fists in her mouth like all the time about two weeks ago, but I just noticed the tooth this week.

My mom thinks DD is teething because she keeps sucking on her hands real hard and constantly puts things in her mouth. As far as I see no teeth showing under gums yet. She gets really fussy sometimes to for a usually great baby. I think the only thing you can do is teach your LO how to use a teething ring.
