Freaking out, anyone else?

hey ladies so im 15 weeks and 5 days, i woke up this morning and when i wiped there was a small bright red blood clot. I called the dr and she said that it wasnt normal but wasnt enough for me to come in? like...😶 mmkayyyy. so now im sitting here freaking out that im having a late miscarriage but i havent  had anymore bleeding so far, no cramping or back aches either. has anyone else experienced this!?!

Did you have sex recently? That can cause spotting.. I have had spotting but they found a subchorionic hemorrhage in an ultrasound which is causing the bleeding. I would say just rest and take it easy until the bleeding stops.

In both my previous pregnancys I had small random bleeds. I have a polip on my cervix apparently. A small collection of blood vessels that only cause me issues in pregnancy. So I expect it will give me bother this time round too. So much extra blood is flooding our systems, especially our cervix. And sometimes that means a small bleed, that scares the living daylights out of us. If your not happy with your docs answers - I wouldn't be. it seems rather flippant- maybe call an early pregnancy unit at the hospital? Much love to you x
