Did anyone get sick before labor??

Question

I've had a cold for the past few days but every day is worst. Today I'm exhausted, congested, and achy.  Could this be a sign of labor? Did anyone else experience this?

I had a cold about 2 weeks before delivering. I still have a cough and he was born almost 2 weeks ago.

39 weeks +5 and down with the cold here too. so annoying because it seems to linger longer in pregnancy. hope it clears up for us soon for the big day. good luck ☘

I threw up and had about 24 hours of diarrhea 5 days before my daughter was born. There was no fever and it stopped as abruptly as it started. I also had some mild contractions during that time. My midwife said they could have been caused by the diarrhea.

I am currently sick with a cold. Slowly getting over it. But I am due this Monday. And it sucks!

I got a bad cold at around 37-38 weeks......no labor, just a cold. unfortunately
