Should I go to the hospital??

I've had contractions since 7 last night.. bloody show around 8:30.

I had contractions for 7 hours after a pelvic exam at 37 weeks but they didn't hurt and I wasn't in labor. I did talk to the on call doctor about it and he said that if they started hurting or my water broke to come in. my contractions ranged from 2-7 minutes apart the entire time.
