I haven't had a period in 2 months all negative test then Thursday morning I got my period. and just tonight I got up to go to the bathroom I found this on my pad.. and I've had really bad pains for the last week before starting my period

Possibly endometriosis.... doctor!

Looks like a misscarriage. 
Very common to have negative tests in a failing pregnancy while still not having periods. 
Put these in a ziploc and go to the doctor

Just tissue but I'd talk to your doctor. Any clot larger than a quarter needs to be discussed with a healthcare provider, especially if accompanied by irregular periods. It could mean something not great :( please see a doctor! Good luck.
