Confused!

So these have been my symptoms before, during and after what I️ thought was my period:

Before:

-tender breasts

-crampy six days before period that lasted up until period which is abnormal

-noticed veins in my areolae that I️ never noticed before

-wasn’t as bitchy as normal!

During:

-lighter than usual

-started on Thanksgiving Day, that night I️ woke up with flu like symptoms (chills, nausea, sweats)

After:

-woke up today with severe constipation pain (I️ occasionally get constipated but never have this severe pain)

-noticed my nipples are really dark along with my areolae

I’ve read that ppl can still be pregnant even with having period like bleeding but what do you all think?! Don’t want to get my hopes up that I️ might still be pregnant! Thanks in advance!
