Haven’t seen my boyfriend in 3 weeks

It’s been three weeks since I’ve seen my boyfriend. He’s in his senior year of college and has been staying up till like 2 am trying to work on this group project. I always tell him school comes first but I also feel like 3 weeks has been a long time. I haven’t brought it up because it’s something I’m struggling with I don’t want him to think I want him to take time off of his project but I mean I do think he can def try to squeeze me in. What should I do?!?
