My bf doesn't finish during sex

Is this normal? We've been sexually active for a few months now and he's never come. I have to finish him off wth a hand job every time. I really wanna be able to finish him during sex. Any tips or advice?

Edit: he's had a lot of sex in the past with girls before me would this effect it? He's never had sex in a loving relationship until me.

Update: I talked to him about it. Apparently he's only come during sex twice in his life. Maybe it's his anxiety. He's not sure
