Bassinet??

Ok ladies, what bassinet are you all getting? I was reading about the Halo, but my goodness they’re expensive. Is it worth it or have you heard about something else that is just as good?

I got the basic Halo, without the vibrations and stuff. I used gift certificates from my shower to purchase it. It’s been tested for SIDS and is easy to use for breastfeeding. I’m keeping it in our bedroom for the first 6 months.

we are using the Fischer price rock n play, my sister swore by it for all of her kids!

I want the halo so bad, but I also want to travel next year with our 8 year old and the baby. So I’m starting to cut costs. The halo is only good for 5months, and it’s not worth the price point. Though the functionality is like no other.
We’re going with one on amazon for like $55.00

This is the bassinet I got. It glides back and forth. It's speed and volume adjustable which is nice. It plays an array of different sounds.

I used a pack and play with my first and a cosleeper with my 2nd. But mine would never sleep in them. My first had acid reflux pretty bad so ended up in a rocker (it’s kind of a seat that’s at an angle with straps.) My 2nd only wanted to sleep if he was with me and I like to sleep so I let him lol
