Cyst/abscess advice??! help

For the past 4-5 days I've had a large inflamed lump/cyst type thing on one side of my outer labia. It's been really uncomfortable and a bit painful.

It started to go down two nights ago and this morning it burst and started to drain itself (gross I know, sorry!). Since then it's gone down a whole heap but there's still a small hard lump there and it burns a bit.

Any advice as to what it could be and what I should do??

Since it seems to be going away on it's own I'm not too sure.
