Is it painful when you go to the toilet? 💩 like it is so painful for me, I get a shooting pain; almost like I am tearing! & when I wipe, there’s blood.

I know people will say it’s diet related but I don’t eat that bad. Okay I don’t eat fruit or veg which will do it, and I only drink tea with the odd sip of water. 
Anyone have any other ideas on the best solutions to help this, apart from the two above?

You need to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Water is so important for your body!! Water intake needs can vary from person to person, google a “water intake calculator” to find out how much water you should be drinking for your age and body type. Personally, I drink 2-4L of water everyday.

Lots of water. If you adjust your diet and it continues then see a doctor. My sister had similar problems and it turned out she has a mild Chrones disease and a fisher. Not tryna scare you or say you have it but it’s always a good idea to see a doctor when it comes to pain and bleeding don’t seek advice here and don’t self-diagnose yourself with google
