3 weeks PP bright red bleeding?

I'm 3 weeks postpartum today and this whole week I'll occasionally have quite a bit of bright red in my pad. My bleeding has slowed town a ton and was more of a tanish color usually. Should I call my doctor or am I just too active? I'm not soaking a pad or anything but there is enough blood that it concerns me.

Did you ever get answers? This happened to me - my bleeding had stopped and was just a creamish/tan color and all of a sudden yesterday it was bright red and it still is. I filled a pad about how I would on my period last night and I’m still bleeding bright red. I’m only 3 weeks postpartum and I’m EBF, so it can’t be my period based on what I’ve read. I’m just looking for advice - it’s a Sunday so my only option for a doctor is the ER or waiting it out another day
