How to induce my period?

I am 6 days late I know I'm not pregnant. I've taken multiple test and I have been pregnant twice before and just know that I'm not. Any pointers or advice to help get my period flowing... so I can try again next month? So frustrating. Still having irregular period due to miscarriage July 31st. Not going to the doctors unless it doesn't start in a few weeks. I don't believe in going to a doctor for every little thing. So if anyone has any natural ways to help kick start it please share. lol thanks! ❤️🤗
