Stomach flu- could this impact implantation???

Hi ladies, needing some help... I’m on cycle day 18 with AF {not} due 12/8 or 12/9. Sadly I have had severe stomach flu (or maybe food poisoning??) since 4am. All I’ve been able to eat is a bowl of soup and saltines today, with lots of Gatorade. Any chance this could impact implantation?? We BD’d almost every day during my FW, so we were really praying this would be our month! Now I’m nervous that this sickness could hurt our chances 😔 Any thoughts you have would be appreciated!
