9 months strong but feel like I’m drying out 😩 help!!
Hi ladies!
So my son is 9 months and has only been given breast milk (I pump at work and feed him on demand when I’m home) but lately I’ve been feeling like he’s staying hungry. I give him table food and he’s about 25lbs but what Can I do so I can pump more for him? Any remedies that you guys have tried and swear by? TIA
PS my goal is to make it to a year
