Really want to lose weight, to conceive!
I am 5’4 and 215 lbs. I want to get down to at most 160/170, to try to balance out my hormones and conceive. I also want to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby (main concern!)
I wouldn’t mind losing more, at all, I would just like to get down to that before actively trying again. We have slacked off because I am not happy with myself and he said it’s more of a chore now.
We have been trying on and off for 2 1/2 years, with no luck!
So, I am really hoping losing the weight will help me out!!
Any tips on how to stick to it and lose it ?!
