FIRST BRAXTON HICKS AT 25 WEEKS!

Lawd!!!!! The pain 🤣🤣🤣 I’m a teacher at an elementary school. While I was walking around teaching, I get this super sharp pain around my belly button. Like a cramp. I feel around my belly button and my stomach around it is as hard as a rock! And super painful to touch.

Felt like what I’m guessing a hernia would? Lasted a couple of minutes and stopped me in my tracks. Walking s few steps made it worse, went away after I sat down.

Called my doctor and was told it was ligament pain and Braxton Hicks. To stay hydrated and try to rest as much as possible. And monitor myself. That Braxton Hicks can start around 24 weeks.

When did you all get your first Braxton Hicks?
