Am trying to eat better but it is hard to commit to as a routine.

I ate 2 sausage mcmuffins for breakfast (800 calories!) and so am trying to do raw green smoothie for the rest of my afternoon.
Bought a new blender after the old one could not cope with my frozen spinach and kale.
today's smoothie: 2 navel oranges, 250g CAI xin( the green vegetables), 1.5 Japanese cucumbers, 2 tablespoons chia seeds. Wish I added limes and ginger!
