Help me :(

Not so happy mama I’m 13 almost 14 weeks pregnant and I’m still throwing up everything i eat i spoke with my dr they gave me medicine that just isn’t working I’m afraid my baby isn’t getting the right nutrients because I’m having a loose of appetite and haven’t really gained ANY weight my stomach still looks flat water doesn’t help Gatorade doesn’t help crackers toast nothing i throw up everything and don’t even have any strength to get out of bed someone please tell me what i can do
