My one week and 6 day overdue birth story.

A little back story first, Sorry just been recovering from my 4th c section and adjusting again to my 2 year old and a new born baby. I’m saying that because I also have a 13 and 11 year old as well, but with those two I had my step mother in law help me out a lot. She passed away earlier this year in February and right after I found out I was pregnant again. In my Hmong culture back then it was ok to have as many wives as the men want but not anymore!!! Don’t

judge please I love both my mother in laws equally. My other mother in law works morning and can only help out here and there, not that I don’t appreciate her help I really do. Hahaha I was just soo super spoiled with my 1st and 2nd son with my step mother in law and now I feel like a new mom again.

I started having contractions around 10pm on November 16, 2017. Started timing they were every 2-6 mins apart, not consistent I know but during the middle of the night they came to be every 5mins apart and consistent at this point. I was due for a schedule c section 11/26/17 and Dr says once I start to have contractions just go in a he will do the c section. I went it as was still 1 cm and 60 % effaced as the week prior but that didn’t make a difference since I wasn’t going to try natural labor. Went in on November 17, 2017 around 8:30 they checked me in called my Ob and went into c section at 11:45am. We welcomed our 4th beautiful baby boy on November 17, 2017 at 12:37PM weighing 7lbs and 3oz and 20.5 inches long. His name is Blake Michael Ntxawg Vang. I’m soo in love again. Recovery this time around seems to be more thought the older we get but I’ll do anything for my babies of course. Congrats to all the mamas who had their babies already and labor dust to those who are still waiting :D
