44 yrs old and ttc ,,,

hi guys , im 44 and been trying for a while now to get pregnant,,, i miscarried last december the 26th, 😢 ive been trying since then aswell,,, im now 6 weeks late from my period,, all the tests i do are all negative 😢 nkw my doc sent me for a blood test to mo itor my fertility of eggs storage,, and it has come back as 3.4, saying low fertility due to my age,,,, now is it still possi le for me to get pregnant and wht can i take to help me give my partner of nearly 10yrs a baby 💖
