Does medication after reversal work??

Hi everybody. I was wondering if any of you have gotten pregnant after your men were prescribed medication after the reversal. We finally went in for a semen analysis ( I was not there ) And my fiancé says the doctor told him the sample looked “ good “ this is without it actually being examined. He got prescribed some medication. Has anybody gotten pregnant after medication was prescribed ? We’re 5 months post reversal and idk why medication makes me feel like this isn’t going to work. Any thoughts or stories about medication post reversal is appreciated.
