I used to think about that all the time as I had an amazing partner and am still with the same one.I wanted to have sex with him but would never ask and I was so afraid of becoming pregnant even with protection on.

you don't have to do anything yet, but i understand the worry and frustration. just do your best to research safe sex in the mean time. that way, when you do choose to become sexually active, you are prepared and have the knowledge and maturity to make informed decisions about your body and have the strength to speak up and stand up for your self. don't let any guy push you around and make decisions for you. even the good guys can be pushy about stuff, and you trust them because you know they're not bad or have bad intentions. you can't let that prevent you from making smart decisions about your body.
