Baby won’t sleep without me

My 3 month old won’t go to sleep in his bed. He’ll only sleep if he’s in bed with me. I’ve been trying to get him to sleep on his own but as soon as I put him in his bed he wakes up or he only sleeps for 5-10 minutes and then wakes up screaming. Is there anything I can do to get him to sleep in his own bed? I miss being able to sleep without worrying if I’m going to squish him or if my blanket is over his face and I also just miss sleeping with my fiancee (he’s been sleeping on the floor next to the bed so we can make the bed as safe as can be).
