TMI 👃🏻 Bleed

Okay so 1️⃣ I never get nose bleeds, but I thought I would get some others opinions about this;; before this picture > I blew and there was blood it felt like I needed to blow again so I blew again and this came out ? Is this a blood clot coming out of my nose? Or what! - I have been on prenatals for 4 days .... just Incase you need to know if I’m taking medicine! Thanks in advance 😍
