Charting when is periods first day?
Question: so I’m pretty sure I am now having my first cycle after having my daughter almost 1year ago. I got high opk 17-19 and peak opk on the 20. I started spotting on the 25 off and on but really started having heavier bleeding on the 30th.
My question is would my first day of my cycle be the 25th or the 30th?
