Ovulation pain??

Is ovulation pain always on one side or can it be in lower middle? I’m on CD12 of my 26 day cycle and and I’m having cramps in lower abdomen but in the middle. I also had some ewcm this morning kind of a big chunk of it and it seems it’s still there..
