My 7 year old niece started getting these! But we have no idea what caused them to appear ? Anyone know what these are called? And how can I use to treat them?

My brother had something like this, but under his arm pits. My mom could squeeze pus out of some of them and the other times it’d be blood. 
He went to the doctor several times over it until they finally got it settled as far as finding topical cream to put on it. 
After a while the bumps cleared up and it’s like he never had them. 
I’ve no idea if your situation would be the same, but definitely get to a doctor so they can find out the problem before it gets too bad.

That looks like molluskum contagiosum. It is common in school aged kids and easily spread. Time for a trip to her pediatrician or dermatologist.

It looks like Molluscum contagiosum. it’s a flesh colored skin rash. It usually comes from warm humid areas and could be from soaking to long in bath and it’s contagious. My daughter got it once. We live in a hot state. Clean the tub often, make sure she’s completely dry before putting on clothes, is she sweats change her shirt and absolutely do not pop them. They will go away without scarring.

My 4 year old sister had this on her butt one time, and it just turned out to be from her not cleaning well enough after using the bathroom. It could just be from bacteria, so what you should do is keep it clean with a gentle soap, don't pick at it/don't let her pick at it, and put cortisone cream or Neosporin so it can heal.

My step son had this all over his body for like a year and then they just cleared up and went away! The doctor said skin tags and didnt prescribe any thing for them but he did say not to pop them because the stuff that comes out can make them spread onto whatever skin it touches
