How to orgasm

Hey! So I have always been unable to orgasm during sex. (This hurts at least a little the whole time)

This is also true for when my boyfriend is fingering me and eating me out and rubbing my clit. (This hurts after about 2minutes)

I am only able to orgasm while masterbating with my shower head.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated because I don’t want it to be like this forever.
