It causes a lot of bad shit. Just don't smoke in the car that baby is in (even when they're not in it), in the house ever, or around baby and it's fine.

my daughter has only been sick once but that was due to a bug going around and she's never been around anyone who smokes..... my nieces father's mom smokes a shit ton and she has asthma been to the doctor numerous amount of times ear infection lung infections and so on

My mom is a smoker, i had horrible  ear infections my entire childhood. 
I dont smoke and my oldest has yet to have an ear infection.
