Parenting hacks?

Does anyone know anything to carry in the diaper bag for stinky diapers that actually work and keep your whole diaper bag from smelling awful? I’ve tried the blue diaper sacks but all they do is add a baby powder scent to the stinky diaper. I’m tired of every time we go somewhere and my LO poops her diaper my diaper bag stinks. Especially at church, they have nowhere to put dirty diapers besides a trash can and I can’t put them in there. I thought maybe the bags they make for clothes diapers. Do you moms have any suggestions? TIA

Why can’t you put diapers in a trash can? lol where else do you put them? I’d never carry them around in my bag. I put them in a trash bag and then toss it in the nearest trash can 🤷🏻‍♀️

You might want to try to find an outdoor trashcan at places like church… But you could put it in the bathroom garbage can also.

I used doggie bags as well. I use them with my 2 year olds diapers and they hold in the smell so I don't feel bad throwing it in the garbage can. They are super cheap, much better than the blue ones.

I use the same bags that we bought for picking up the dog’s poop. They work great.

I put diapers in the trash can. But if you're not comfortable with that, or if that is not an option - what about bags for doggy poo? Would they be big enough? Or gallon ziplocks?

I use baggies meant for dog poop. They even come with a handy holder. I bought them so long ago I don't remember what the brand is or anything, but they work great for me.
