HIV scare

I had sex with this random guy I met I didn’t think it would happen but it did he was in the army it’s been almost 3 months and I’m still scared of HIV or AIDS I kept asking him if he had anything and he kept saying no and then asked me if I had anything.. obviously he used me for sex because I haven’t talked to him since and he also said he hasn’t had sex In forever when I asked him when he last had sex I’m still freaking out 😐

Plus he came really fast I talked to my Medical Assistant at my Gyno and she said I will be fine as long as I don’t have no symptoms So far I haven’t had no weird discharge actually I haven’t had any that I can see on my panties...
