Labiaplasty! ?
Labiaplasty is a cosmetic surgery that involves altering the labia minora and labia majora. No this is not "rejuvenation" ( getting surgery to become 'tighter' down there ). This is a procedure done for many reasons: pain/discomfort from longer labia, purely aesthetic purposes, etc. Just wanted to see opinions !
