TO PACI OR NOT TO PACI.

hey all, so my son is 1 month and he does not take to the pacifier. he hates it when he's mad and obviously doesn't need it if he's calm. I haven't pushed it cause I don't think its the best thing. but it does help some times. my sister's are egging me on to keep introducing it to him, till he gets used to it, saying it'll harder for others like a sitter to calm him without that. What's you guy's take on pacifiers? yes? No? maybe? . please help. good And bad experiences welcome.
