Anal sex as punishment ?

My boyfriend uses anal sex as “punishment” sometimes when I purposely do things to annoy him like poke him/ sucking on his fingers/ licking him when he’s trying to take a nap. Since it’s my first serious relationship I was wondering if this I guess is considered “normal”..he’s always really gentle with me and always tries to please me when we’re having sex but sometimes when he’s “punishing” me he could be a bit rough which I don’t mind and I never say no because it’s a huge turn on but just wanted opinions ?
