Scared to love?

My last boyfriend was my sun and moon. I loved him more than anything in the world, but he left me, he told me that I loved him too much. Ever since, I’ve been terrified to love. I’m scared that I’m too much, and that I’ll drive people away. I feel like I’ve put up huge walls and I’m so guarded now. I’m scared of losing people I love so I haven’t ever tried to get into any romantic relationship since. I’m just so sad.
