Sore breast

I am 14 years old and the last couple of days my left breast has been really sore. It’s been really firm and it is really sore around the nipple. It is that sore I can’t touch it, run, jump the only thing that helps relieve the pain is wearing a sports bra. My period is meant to be in 2 days and my breast do get a bit tender but this is a whole new thing. I am the only one? Is this normal?
