Belly changing so much

So here are some time lapse pics of my belly. It was so cute and round and poochy. Now it's lifted and I feel like I just look fat. I'm squishy below the belly button and everything above it is hard. Crazy how much your body changes. Baby has also shifted sides around the time my belly lifted. Now I feel baby more on the left side instead of the right. Anyone else's belly make crazy changes in the last few weeks? To me I looked more pregnant before than I do now. (11 weeks I was very bloated)
