Anyone taking sleep aids ?

I take 2.5 melatonin but I’m reading mixed reviews... what else is there ?

I take unisom. If you are pregnant, it's safe for the baby :)

I was prescribed vistaril. It's a prescription strength benadryl.

I take 5mg of melatonin almost every night. I figure it’s safer than just about anything else, your body makes melatonin anyway (or it should haha hence the need to take it) so it shouldn’t have any adverse effects on baby (:

I take unisom and it has worked well for me. I took a whole tablet while I was restless and had a lot of morning sickness. Now at almost 20 weeks I take a half tablet about 30 minutes before bed.

stick to the stuff you're on. it's natural. just make sure your dose is safe with Dr. my son takes 10 mg bc his body processes meds different.

Ambien works great. It needs to be prescribed tho.
