I know that it can take up to six months for a healthy couple to conceive. We have been ttc for four month and I have been off the pill for five months. We skipped trying the first month. Now all month I had heartburn. Which I had with my first. I really thought I was gonna get my bfp. The last couple of nights I had dreams of being pregnant. AF was due Friday. But I woke up this morning after having that dream and I figured why not just take a test. I took it out of the package and peed in the cup. Went to wipe and there it was. AF. I’m at a loss. I tracked my ovulation last month and I thought for sure it was my turn. Any advice would be much appreciated right now.
