So, I’m 25 weeks pregnant and been with my boyfriend since June (about as long as I’ve been pregnant). He’s also in the military and will be deploying overseas next year just a few months after our baby is born. He was married and divorced once because she cheated and he has a two year old with her. We live together, and have for months, and have been incredibly happy since the beginning. I know he’s talked to his brothers about proposing but I don’t know the details and he has also dropped some hints about it. I know he got me an amazing Christmas gift that he’s trying to keep a surprise because we have a joint checking account but he asked me not to look at any of the statements because he wants to keep it a surprise. What are the chances I could be right? I just don’t want to get my hopes up and be disappointed about anything else he may have gotten me.
