Christmas present for my fiancé

Ok so I know I shouldn’t be asking other woman for help on my own mans Christmas present, but I cannot decide! He deserves the world, but that’s obviously not possible😢 so I’m hoping someone with a super creative mind can help me out!

He is obsessed with health and working out. He loves Star Wars, sports, music, space, dogs, ice cream, legos, and he’s in he Air Force. He’s talked about going hiking together once we get married and I move down to New Mexico with him, and also skiing. He’s obviously very outdoorsy, but he’s also someone who loves to stay inside and just watch a movie. He also loves to drink😅😂

If anyone has a creative or fun idea that might make this Christmas special for him, please share because for some reason I can’t think of anything for the life of me this year!!!😤😭
