should I talk to my crush?

so I have a crush on this one, really cute funny smart and nice guy who I was kinda but not really friends with last year. now I'm in high School and have a HUGE crush on him!!! I mean who wouldn't fall for his wavy dark hair and beautiful cocoa eyes, matched with soft olive skin! he's so cute and I even catch him looking at me!!! he is I'm the librairy that I study in every day now oposed to being in the lunch room like he was the first two weeks of school... I think he might like me? It's possible... should I try and become friends with him???
