Relationship Advice Please

So I’ve really wanted to get married for awhile now to my boyfriend of 3.5 years. We have always had a really solid relationship that has been fulfilling. The problem is that he is still in school and will be for another 4.5 years. And his parents won’t allow him to be married while he’s in school. Frankly, I don’t think it should be their decision, but my boyfriend respects them too much too go against their wishes. I don’t think we should totally disregard what his parents say, but I am at a point where I feel as though our relationship needs to progress. There’s another problem too... Last July my boyfriend moved to a city 4 hours from me so he could get his Masters. Since he’s been gone, I feel like our relationship has been stagnate. I don’t feel like I’m a priority anymore. I know school is important, but so am I. He says he wants us to be married now, but we can’t because of school. I feel like that means our relationship is on the back burner for him right now.

What should i do in this situation?? Help!!
