confused

so I've been with this guy for 3 years and every thing has gone okay at the start he didn't really wanna be with me and was stand off ish and 2 weeks before Christmas and after I got him a gift he was like umm I don't think we are on the saame page .. then a month later maybe he comes running back ... however it took him a year to ask me to be his girlfriend,.. prior to all this I talk to a guy in one of my classes and he was super sweet and cute and then we stopped talking and now he just texted me recently and I'm like what if I'm making a mistake what if I've spent all this time with this guy and he's not my one and he's not ready for marriage or anything even close we haven't even moved in together I feel like our relationship is stuck . and I feel like I might have feelings for this other guy because I'm not ignoring him
